Heatrek Refractories was established in 2001 and operates out of a 25,000 sq ft manufacturing plant in Skelmersdale.
Facilities include 2 large driers with a total capacity of 4000 ft³ and 2 furnaces with a firing capacity of 610 ft³ and operating temperatures up to 1200°C.
Our vacuum forming plant consists of 2 large and 2 small tanks which enables us to produce different types of products.
We have the capacity to store large amount of stock which enables us to meet urgent deadlines and short lead times if required.
We also have the capacity to install linings and complete projects inhouse to free issue steelworks which allows us to complete jobs within a better timeframe.
All employees are up to date with relevant Health & Safety Training including CCNSG and Medium Risk Confined Space Certification.
